These Terms & Conditions govern your use of OnlyVisa's website and services. By submitting an enquiry, making a payment, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Service

OnlyVisa provides assistance and consultancy for tourist visa applications, including documentation support, form completion guidance, and appointment support. We are a private, independent service. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or official visa authority, and we are not affiliated with any such body.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not and cannot guarantee that your visa will be approved, nor can we guarantee any specific processing time or outcome. Our role is limited to assisting you in preparing and submitting your application.

3. Fees

The service fee displayed for each destination is our charge for assistance and is quoted per traveller. Government and embassy visa fees, biometric fees, courier charges, and any other third-party costs are separate and are not included in our service fee. Those amounts are payable to the respective authority or provider. Prices shown on the website may change at any time.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. You are responsible for holding a valid passport, meeting the entry requirements of your chosen destination, and for the accuracy of all information you submit. We are not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

5. Payments

Payments for our service are processed through our authorised payment partner. Your service fee is due as indicated at the time of application.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because we begin work on your application promptly, our service fee is non-refundable once we have started preparing your application. Government and embassy fees are paid to the respective authority and are subject to that authority's rules; OnlyVisa does not control and cannot refund those amounts. If you believe an error has occurred with a payment, please contact us and we will review it in good faith.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyVisa is not liable for visa refusals, delays, or any losses arising from decisions of embassies or immigration authorities, or from inaccurate information provided by you. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the relevant application.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, and design, is the property of OnlyVisa and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
